My philosophy is simple: The mind and body is designed to heal itself, and it needs only the proper awareness and fine-tuning in order to achieve this. I use a collaborative, eclectic approach that draws from many disciplines including, but not limited to psychodynamics, attachment theory, cognitive-behavioral therapy, EMDR and other experiential modalities. For over 20 years, I have worked with adults, children, families and couples in helping them stay grounded, tell their stories, and heal themselves from the various traumas and difficulties of modern life. My practice is exclusively Telehealth. Please note: as of November 2023 I am no longer an in-network provider with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield plans.
