I work with individuals ages 18+ to provide support for anxiety, depression, trauma, and LGBTQ+ identities. I work from an anti-oppression and social justice oriented framework, and my work with clients often focuses on themes of personal agency, self-acceptance, and shame resolution. I enjoy supporting clients with issues related to anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, and trauma to live more authentically in alignment with their values and to build stronger and more connective relationships with themselves and others. My approach is trauma-informed and collaborative. I integrate a variety of therapeutic tools and approaches, drawing primarily from theories such as ACT, DBT, trauma-sensitive mindfulness, internal family systems, and attachment theory. My work with clients typically focuses on the here-and-now, while also exploring the impact of past experiences. When planning to begin or return to therapy, it's important to find the right fit. If you have a feeling that we might be a good fit, I encourage you to reach out today and schedule a free consultation.
