I’m dedicated to giving you a safe and warm experience when you meet with me. I’m a very whole-hearted person, so I will always give you my all in therapy. I love humor and know how important it can be in healing people deal with the pain of life. I’m an encourager and I love to empower my therapy clients and provide help based on your personal learning style. We can talk, but we can also engage in hands-on activities, or visual learning–whatever helps you incorporate the new learning better. I can help you with problems related to relationships, anxiety and depression, infertility, and eating disorders. I can help with crises of faith or faith journeys. I can support you through the issues related to divorce or other life transitions. I can help with grief and loss, problematic sexual behaviors (like compulsive pornography use).
