About

My name is Morgan and I use a strength-focused approach to empower clients to recognize and utilize the skills they already have within themselves to tackle their needs. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed practice, and Somatic Therapy skills when working with clients. I believe everyone, regardless of age, race, sexuality, or gender identity should feel valued and capable of handling challenges they face.

I have experience supporting the needs of those in the LGBTQ+ community, teens and young adults, those going through life transitions, and those experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma responses, and more.

Reaching out to a new therapist is scary sometimes, and I'm proud that you're taking this step! Please reach out with any questions.
