As a clinician practicing an integrated healthcare approach, I believe therapy is not only about helping clients when they are faced with difficult times, but also celebrating their successes, as well as providing maintenance and preventative care. Throughout my career to date I had worked on a wide-variety of issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD and life transitions, among others. I've also focused on high-risk patients, including the forensic population, individuals committed to psychiatric hospitals, and those with co-morbid mental and terminal health diagnoses. I am no stranger to, and do not shy away from, discussing difficult subjects. Progress is not always linear and may take time to achieve. I strive to maintain an authentic approach to therapy and build strong, trusting relationships with my clients. I do my best to make myself available and encourage ongoing communication.
