You will be provided a confidential, judgment free space where you can explore life's challenges with professional support. A wide range of treatment modalities can be utilized to assist clients with managing their mental health. During the initial phone consultation, we will briefly discuss your goals and limitations to determine if there is a mutual therapeutic connection. If there is a connection, an appointment can be scheduled to complete the initial intake assessment. A treatment plan with goals will be created and updated as you reach your goals and progress through services.
