About

Are you feeling anxious, depressed, or struggling with major life changes? You are not alone. I am passionate about helping others and working collaboratively to solve problems. I aim to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients that I meet with. My therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and inner child work. I am person-centered and am supportive of the LGBTQ+ community. I enjoy bringing humor into my sessions.

I have experience working with children with autism, children with cancer, end of life patients and college aged students. I am also seizure first aid certified. You can expect empathy, compassion and a safe space that you will be able to express yourselves.

I am here to help and support you through the many life challenges that you may face. Let’s go on this journey together.
