About

I am passionate about working with people who suffer from substance use disorders and other behavior addictions that lead to daily interference in one’s life. Some other areas of specialty include depression, anxiety, grief, PTSD and self-esteem issues. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and EMDR interventions while maintaining a mind-body-spirit therapist standpoint. In our sessions, I apply a person-centered, trauma-informed approach to create a safe, comfortable space for you to practice self-exploration and achieve better wellness. View 6 Photos

I adapt therapeutic skills with each person independently. We work together to learn, personalize, and apply these skills to the stressors that brought you to therapy. My favorite part about working in the field is establishing rapport and building a connection with clients to help you feel supported learning to become your own therapist.

I look forward to working with you!
