About

Are you: Reevaluating your career? Grieving a loss or the primary caregiver to a loved one? Experiencing difficulty in your relationships? I believe in helping her clients achieve short-term relief while working through mid- and long-term goals using elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and strengths-based approaches. My goal is to provide a warm environment where clients feel supported and can experience therapy at their own speed.

I am interested in working with people from all backgrounds and situations and have experience with life transitions, career issues, grief and loss, caregiving and chronic illness, and relationship and family dynamics. I believe in each human’s inherent value and that everyone deserves to have someone “in their corner.’

In my free time, I practice yoga and love to surf. I enjoy scary movies, local coffee shops, road trips, and stand-up comedy. I have availability on weekdays and evenings. I provide reduced rates of $50. FREE sessions are available for those in financial need. Reach out for a phone consult to get started! Open to NJ and NY clients.
