About

Everyone’s journey through life is a unique and personal experience that deserves to be heard. I am here to listen and help you explore, clarify, and process whatever issues you are working through. I have experience working individually with adolescents and adults with issues and concerns including anxiety, depression, identity, trauma, relationship challenges, loneliness, and loss/grief. I help clients feel empowered to make choices based on what they want, whether that aligns with social expectations or is in opposition to societal norms.

I believe an essential component of the therapeutic process is offering feedback, observations, and gentle challenges around “stuck” points. I utilize my calm presence and emotion focused approach to work collaboratively with you. You will understand your feelings and experiences, starting wherever you are and moving towards where you wish to be.

I aim to offer you warm, compassionate and professional care as part of your journey towards healing and wellness. If you feel like I may be a good match for your needs, I encourage you to reach out for a free 15-minute phone consultation.
