Life is overwhelming in the best and worst ways. As Glennon Doyle explains, “Life is brutal. But it’s also beautiful. Brutiful”. I strive to collaboratively work with you to process these brutiful moments. Through evidence-based practices, professional support, and an empathetic perspective, you no longer have to handle it on your own. Our work together will be goal-oriented to support you in becoming the best version of yourself. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, major life transitions and interpersonal relationship or familial conflict. Together with a strengths-based approach, I use a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance & commitment therapy, and inner child work. I utilize play therapy for children and adolescents. I am an allied therapist with experience supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and am inclusive of all races/identities/cultures. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship as a catalyst for positive change. Sessions are a space to feel heard, honored, and where you are more than enough. I strive to create a validating space for you to work on your goals and process life’s ups and downs. I look forward to working with you!
