About

I am a bilingual therapist fluent in Spanish, dedicated to fostering a safe and inclusive environment for individuals navigating their unique journeys. As a queer-identifying professional, my commitment lies in offering a nonjudgmental and collaborative therapeutic approach. My primary objective is to assist clients in comprehending their behaviors and emotions while diving into the root causes that led them to seek therapy. Through a person-centered approach, I tailor my support to meet clients where they are, guiding them through a healing process directed by their own needs and aspirations.

I have extensive experience in providing therapy and mental health support to children, teens, couples, and individuals. Collaborating with individuals and couples facing personal challenges, I help with gaining insight into behaviors, navigate identity issues, and resolve conflicts in familial, social, and romantic relationships.

In my therapeutic practice, I strive to create a space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and valued. Additionally, I believe in a holistic approach that considers the interplay between mental well-being, social factors and personal growth. I aim to empower individuals to navigate their paths toward self-discovery, growth, and a more fulfilling life.
