I get it, you are tired of feeling stuck and you're ready for your life to change. I can help be your guide as the next stage in your journey begins. I am a bilingual Spanish-speaking Marriage and Family Therapist helping people work through anxiety, ADHD, depression, relationship issues and more. I am also a multiracial first-generation Latin American who transitioned from civil engineering to therapy. This diverse background and training in analytical thinking and problem solving provides a safe space and unique approach for individuals and couples to process their emotions, build confidence, and go from surviving to thriving. I work with you in the here and now while identifying and healing from patterns and trauma in your past. I provide systemic ways to help you build healthy boundaries, communicate more effectively and have the healthy relationships you desire. We'll also work together in using tools that help you manage overwhelming feelings of anxiety and depression. I believe every human being is valuable and deserves to experience health and wellness.
