About

I am passionate about people and the diversity inherent in being human. I believe that our connections and collaborations with others can be a tremendous asset to healing. I integrate a Body-Centered approach to my work in trauma, individual processing, and relationships, which supports me to help others in embracing new possibilities. In witnessing the barriers and potential in you, I facilitate a movement towards being the person that you would like to be. I have expertise in working with Attachment, Developmental Trauma and PTSD, EMDR, Diversity Issues, Depression, Relational Challenges, and Personal Development.

I incorporate a holistic approach to service, taking into consideration the neurobiological, physiological, energetic, intrapersonal, familial, communal and societal contributors to a persons resources and challenges. We are all a conglomerate of many unique experiences. I believe that each of these layers contributes to the richness in each of us.

I can provide all services in the Spanish language, and consider myself to be a liaison to bridging different cultures. I believe my own diverse ethnicity has fostered and openness and capacity to welcome and work with many diverse ethnicities, LGBTQ communities, and a wide range of perspectives.
