Are you a parent watching your child struggle with anxiety or depression, unsure of how to help them navigate these overwhelming emotions? Or are you an adult feeling lost about your future, relationships, or simply where you fit in the world? These experiences can be isolating and confusing, but you don't have to face them alone. As a therapist, I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who are grappling with these very challenges. I understand the unique pressures that come with growing up in today’s world, from academic stress to social expectations, and the uncertainty of what lies ahead. My approach is centered on creating a safe and understanding space where we can explore these concerns together. Through evidence-based techniques, including Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I also integrate Mind-Body Medicine to address both the physical and psychological aspects of well-being. My goal is to empower people to overcome obstacles, whether from internal struggles, external pressures, or past. If you're ready to take the first step. I’m here to walk this path with you.
