Have you ever felt like life gives you more questions than answers? I know that I have! Personally, I had a time in my life where I felt that way and am thankful I was able to navigate it with the help of an understanding therapist. I also love to come alongside people as they are stuck in a rut and are looking for some hope. It is exciting to go from a life of overwhelming confusion and frustration to a path of thriving. I am a qualified Marriage and Family Therapist Associate in the state of North Carolina. I love working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. In my counseling approach I apply Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Narrative Therapy mostly and Gottman and EFT with couples. I also enjoy journeying with children, teens, adults and couples because it allows me to see the world through new and different perspectives as we tackle hard issues together.
