About

People usually seek therapy during times of great stress, when their lives feel out of control, or when they are increasingly anxious or depressed, or when they feel stuck or dissatisfied, and are looking for change. My goal is to provide you a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere that will help you express yourself, explore and clarify your feelings, understand yourself and others, find options, and make changes in your life. I view psychotherapy as an active collaboration and seek to create a welcoming and comfortable base of strengthening support.

My approach is warm, empathic, and creative. I utilize a collaborative therapeutic process informed by Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Interpersonal Psychotherapy. I enjoy working with adolescents through older adults. I have experience treating Anxiety Disorders, Depression, Relationship Issues, Career Problems, Grief, Parenting, and Self Esteem issues.

Clients describe me as easy to talk to, real, and insightful in figuring out what their problems are and how to make actual change, so life can feel and work better. Feel free to call me at 862-308-0033 for a free consultation.
