I’m a therapist who suffers, like you, with mental health issues at times. Our mental health isn’t always consistent throughout life. Life throws us curveballs. I’ve had the privilege of knowing the deepest thoughts of people and I have been gifted with knowing how to help. my practice includes a gifted child counselor as well, Tarra Ray. I’ve had 15 years experience now and I’ve become educated in several areas. I can help with diagnosing and treating PTSD with an innovative therapy called EMDR which is now used in VA hospitals. I have treated borderline personality disorder, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and worked with couples successfully. I know that making that first call to a counselor can be vulnerable. Let me reassure you that you will never be judged. I promise to get to know you as much as you are comfortable with and together we will find some skills I can teach you to manage your life.
