About

My approach is to help you explore your inner world. This treatment allows you to understand yourself better, accept yourself, build better relationships and be more productive. I have a background as an MD and I have a good understanding of mind-body problems and multicultural issues since I lived and worked in several countries. Treatment options range from once a week to more intense multiple times a week.

I am a licensed psychoanalyst and a licensed psychotherapist and a Training and Supervising Psychoanalyst of the Vermont Psychoanalytic Study Group (VPSG) and trained under the auspices of the International Psychoanalytic Association (IPA). I am a member of the Canadian Psychoanalytic Society and past-president of VPSG.

My background is as an MD and psychiatrist trained and licensed in Mexico City and Israel. I am a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Vermont. I offer psychoanalysis and psychotherapy in English, Spanish and Hebrew.
