Whether you are struggling with anxiety and depression, experiencing grief, feeling overwhelmed about the future, or simply looking to carve out some space to build insight and self care, you are not alone. I have over 20 years of professional experience helping children, adolescents, adults, and families sharpen their skills to more effectively work through stress, loss, transitions, and the unexpected obstacles that life has thrown their way. Empowering individuals and families to reconnect with themselves, redefine themselves, rediscover their inner strengths, and rebuild their emotional well-being is my passion and commitment. I utilize an eclectic style in my practice and pull from diverse therapeutic modalities including: CBT, DBT, family systems, psychodynamic, and strategic approaches. I am a systems thinker at heart, and I always attempt to see the landscape of one’s life- “the bigger picture." When appropriate, a parent, a sibling, and/or a partner are included in treatment. Surviving the last 18 months has been particularly challenging, and COVID has impacted all of us in very unique ways. Feel free to reach out and discover a safe place to process the grief and loss that you have experienced during the COVID-19 pandemic. Everyday Wellness and Counseling provides support and builds wellness for the struggles of everyday life.
