About

Finding a therapist you feel connected to and understood by is the key to a successful therapy experience. I pride myself on being an authentic, non-judgmental therapist, who is down-to-Earth & not afraid to use humor or a gentle nudge in my approach. Therapy is a partnership and my style is active, collaborative, and empowering. We will focus on finding solutions together by utilizing your strengths and fostering insight in a relaxed and safe environment. I especially love working with & empowering introverts and Highly Sensitive People!

I have extensive experience working with adults & emerging adults regarding a variety of issues, including relationship & dating difficulties, life transitions, family of origin issues, and work/life balance difficulties. Additionally, I have advanced training in perinatal mood disorders and enjoy supporting women throughout and after their pregnancies.

I have significant experience working with individuals who are unhappy in relationships, have difficulty finding/sustaining relationships, or have experienced toxic relationships/abuse. Additionally, I enjoy working with clients who are struggling to set boundaries with their family of origin and want to explore those new dynamics in adulthood.
