I am originally from Boston, MA and have been residing in San Diego for 6 years now. I graduated from Bridgewater State University with my Master's degree with a dual licensure focus in Mental Health Counseling and School Adjustment Counseling. I have broad experience and training with all ages across the lifespan and within a variety of different levels of care and settings. I have also gained this experience with various levels of care, ages, and settings both in MA and CA, and that is a unique experience factor I have. I take a person-centered approach to treatment and I believe that the quality of therapeutic rapport established within the professional relationship is a significant facilitator towards change. I strive to meet my clients where they are at, without judgment, and convey positive regard and acceptance for what clients bring to each session. I describe my approach as compassionately direct, as I am upfront and genuine in my collaboration and treatment with clients.
