About

I work with individuals who may be struggling with a variety of issues such as self-esteem and identity, relationship/relational issues and attachment, life transitions, and anxiety. With couples, I help to identify needs and desires, grow communication and understanding, and strengthen and align values.

I strive to be a feminist, queer-friendly, anti-racist therapist, who recognizes each client’s unique identity and experience and will honor that with dignity and respect. Through a holistic & trauma-informed lens, I utilize ACT, CBT, and Attachment Theory to assist in guiding you to the root of your present challenges.

I recognize how vulnerable and scary therapy can be but want you to know that I will make sure to provide a safe, comfortable, and supportive space to express yourself!
