I am a psychotherapist serving a range of adults including those with depression, anxiety, PTSD, chronic medical illness, relationship issues, grief/loss issues, identity issues. LGBTQ affirming. You are seeking to reduce the “busy mind,” feel a sense of peace/inner calmness. You are seeking to address why you feel tight, guarded, anxious all the time, in a state of chronic depression. You are seeking to be present, in the moment, "grounded", wanting clear focus, and connection to others. You are willing to explore your emotions and how/where your body holds onto memories and experiences.
