About

I am a licensed clinical professional counselor as well as a licensed drug and alcohol counselor. My specialty is rehabilitative counseling for individuals diagnosed with psychiatric and/or physical disabilities and I have been working in this field since 2008. I have been privileged to work in such settings as crisis stabilization units, residential rehabs, transitional programs for people who are homeless, and career counseling centers. I have experience working with individuals with physical disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and substance use disorders.

I utilize holistic, evidenced-based theories, particularly CBT, to guide my practice and my goal is to provide the best possible care with the least number of barriers to obtaining that care. As such, I offer in-home as well as telehealth therapy in order to provide you with easy access to services.

I have a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental style of counseling and I believe that the client is the expert in themselves and that my job is to join the client where they are at and support them on the road to a healthier and more fulfilling life. Life can be difficult to navigate and I am available to help you navigate this thing we call life.
