About

Have you experienced trauma or attachment wounding? Are you in a constant state of fight or flight or dissociation and shut down? Does your nervous system feel like your enemy? Traumatic events affect people in very different ways. One thing is certain though; trauma is stored in your body and affects your mind, body, memory, mood, spirit, and relationships with yourself and with others. There is a way to befriend your nervous system, effectively heal your past wounds, cope with your current triggers, and discover your own personal post-traumatic growth and resiliency for the future.

I am a licensed LPC-S therapist, Certified EMDR therapist, and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional II who has collaborated with trauma survivors since 2004. I offer a safe space to work with both the mind and the body using EMDR, IFS, somatic, and mindfulness-based practices to help you heal your trauma, foster your resiliency, and awaken your potential.

I offer transparency, support, collaboration, empowerment, and choice in a nonjudgemental and safe relationship. I also extend an invitation to see yourself as the hero/heroine of your own journey in life. Successful navigation of your own hero's journey provides opportunities to discover that you are more powerful and resilient than you previously realized!
