Do you struggle with the same issues over and over again? Feel alone? Like no one can understand what you're going through? Me, too. We all feel that way. We have the world at our fingertips, but no answers. I'd like to help you learn how to overcome the trauma that hijacks you, the anxiety that cripples you, the anger that controls you & the toxic relationships that keep you trapped. I will give you the tools to to get past that thing you've never, ever shared with anyone, to let go of guilt & shame over the past, to forgive, to overcome your trauma & to say no to abusive people. I want to help. I work with men, women, couples, first responders and military veterans on issues like self-worth, anxiety, trauma, shame, affair recovery & unwanted sexual behaviors. I enjoy helping men stand in their strength, helping couples improve their relationships, and individuals defeat the lies of fear, shame and depression. I am a Christian counselor. Therapy isn't something to be ashamed of. It's no different than going to the doctor because you have the flu. If you have an injury that hurts, whether it's a sprained ankle or a broken heart, it's okay to get help!
