I am experienced in helping clients recapture the person they previously were. Many clients say to me, "I just want to go back to being the person I used to be", and that's exactly what we focus on. Clients also often say to me, "I just don't know what to do or what I want", and we work together until we figure out how to alleviate their confusion. We achieve this in various ways, most often through exploration of the presenting issues, examination of past relationships and significant experiences as well as decision-making and behavioral patterns. I use a cognitive behavioral (CBT) and psychodynamic approach. My current schedule is the following: Monday-Friday 6pm-8:45pm with some flexibility in the morning or afternoons and Saturdays and Sundays i'm also somewhat flexible. Sessions are typically 45 minutes in length. Currently, I do not have a physical office space and I am conducting all telehealth sessions via Skype. I also take secure electronic payments.
