I am a Mental Health counselor and Master's level addictions and trauma therapist who specializes in TEENS and ADULTS. I use the Neuro-Affective Relational Model and EMDR to help my clients overcome the things in their past that are holding them back from living free. I absolutely love what I do and feel privileged to help people everyday. I am personally in recovery, which means that I actually live the life that I am helping people achieve. My primary focus is guiding people through relieving themselves of the burdens of addiction and traumatic events. I work with adults and adolescents alike, and have many success stories from both. Work with me and I will show you the way to the happy, nice life you've always wanted where you will have friends and party responsibly. I am in recovery, so the things I ask of my clients are the things that I have actually done in my own life. Sure, I have the knowledge learned in the textbooks from school - but even more importantly, I have the life experience of making the kind of changes that you are wanting to make in your life so I actually do know what works and what does not.
