About

It can be hard to admit you’re struggling. You’ve already done most of the hard work by seeking out help. If you are trying to understand how relationships, education, work, and culture interact in your life, therapy can be a safe place to make sense of it all. As an Asian American man, I recognize how identities, relationships, and mental health intersect. I didn't grow up with emotional language, so finding mental health therapy in my 20s has been transformational.  As a child of immigrants and a parent myself, I have experienced intergenerational relationships from multiple roles.

You already have the tools within you to seek a better path. We will build off your skills, strengths, and resources to move forward in the direction you want. We access your inherent resources through solution-focused talk therapy and brainspotting. Brainspotting locates points in the client’s visual field that help to access unprocessed trauma.

I want you to feel seen and heard. My goal is you leave each of our interactions with more hope and confidence. Please e-mail or call for your free 15 minute consultation.
