I am a Licensed Professional Counselor offering tele-therapy services to residents of New Jersey, Florida, Delaware, Vermont, and South Carolina. With all clients, I prioritize the importance of understanding where each individual is at in their own journey and work toward helping each person realize their own best self. I am passionate about helping people discover and explore their internal resources so that they can heal wounds from the past, rebuild connections, and live meaningful lives in the present. My goal is to provide clients with a space where they feel seen, understood, and supported; a place where you can be yourself. I would describe my therapeutic style as authentic, warm, and relational.
