About

I believe that psychotherapy is a tool for transforming our effort into meaningful change in our lives. We can do this through seeking insight into understanding ourselves as well as making practical changes in our day-to-day habits. In addition to psychotherapy services, I provide psychological testing and assessment, as well as consultation to healthcare providers and others.

No one size fits all in therapy. At our first meeting, we will develop a treatment plan that meets your specific needs. I utilize techniques from psychodynamic therapy, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and Coherence Therapy. Most importantly, I value building a trusting and rewarding alliance between therapist and client.

I enjoy working with clients on a broad range of concerns. I have significant experience in the treatment of anxiety disorders, substance use disorders, young adult development, mood disorders, and men's issues. As a culturally sensitive practitioner, I aim to affirm clients' lived experiences through the exploration of their unique context and culture.
