I work with individuals over the age of 18 who are seeking a space to safely engage in self-exploration. I see therapy as a process of exploring connections between past and present relationships, experiences, and emotional states in order to bring about opportunities for emotional healing and the reshaping of unhelpful stories about ourselves. My areas of focus are relationship challenges, identity development, grief, anxiety, depression, difficulties with self-worth, and challenges related to childhood and family of origin. When relevant, addressing the impact of social issues such as the marginalization of Black, Brown, Indigenous, LGBTQIA+, low socio-economic status, and other communities can be an important part of all of this work. I offer in-person sessions in Burlington on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays and nature-based sessions in the Morrisville area on Tuesdays.
