Prior to my work as a professional counselor, I worked as a special education teacher and coach.I have experience working with young children, adolescents, adults, individuals, couples, families, and groups.I have worked with a diverse clientele on a number of concerns, with specializations in the following areas: anger management, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, grief, self-esteem, pre-marital, parenting, divorce, domestic violence, social skills, etc. I practice primarily from a cognitive behavioral model and treat every client in a safe, non-judgmental manner, while encouraging emotional growth via a wellness orientation.
