I imagine you found your way here because you're looking for change— change in a relationship, change in your habits, or change in how you handle anxiety, sadness or stress. Maybe you have had enough of Coronavirus and need to figure out how to cope until life feels normal again. Whatever you need, my job first and foremost is to listen. You're the expert on yourself. I'm here to help you figure out the parts of you (and of life) that can be hard to manage. I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, and stress management. I draw from many different theories, but rely heavily on CBT and psychodynamic therapy. If you're deciding to try therapy for the first time (I know it can feel a little strange,) or if you're a psychotherapy veteran, please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. I'd be happy to chat and see if I'm a good fit for you.
