About

When people speak about mental health, what are they really saying? We can put mental health into as many boxes and checklists as we like, but it can never capture the full picture of who someone is as a person, or how unique their struggles are to them. In our time together, we will work to develop a better understanding of what makes you you, how your struggles developed, as well as work to recognize and overcome what you feel holds you back, all the while managing the discomforts that arise in daily life and in reflection.

As a therapist, I help you explore how past experiences shape your current ways of thinking and feeling. Together, we’ll uncover insights that help make sense of your life, your mind, and how they affect each other. These insights can guide you toward meaningful change, helping you become a more complete version of yourself.

Everyone hides their pain, forced to 'be strong' in a world that teaches us to suppress emotions. But those feelings have something important to tell us. Mental health is a journey no one should take alone. I invite you to reach out and, together, we’ll work toward finding fulfilment in a world that often makes that a difficult thing to pursue.
