About

I grew up in an environment full of tension and abuse and often felt labeled the family's black sheep. To escape, I withdrew and shut out the world. Decades later, I found my way to therapy. It was an overwhelming process to get started. But I persevered because I needed a way out of my pain. Slowly through therapy, I became someone that I respected and felt more connected to myself and others. I can now say that I live a more balanced and hopeful life.

I have been in your shoes. This is why I became a therapist; I want to walk alongside others as my therapist did for me. My goal is to help heal and transform those in need so they experience grace, feel inspired, and are empowered to live boldly.

I hope to be a mentor, healer, and explorer. I will be a conduit towards wholeness, acting as a catalyst, offering safety, privacy, and accountability. There is freedom that comes with knowing and accepting yourself. I hope our work together will bring this freedom into your life.
