For over 20 years, I have had the pleasure of working with children, adolescents, and adults as a clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist for both psychotherapy and testing/evaluation. My work is constantly evolving and informed by ongoing study of psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral functioning, traumatic brain injury, neurodegenerative disease, and medical illness, complex trauma, clinical psychopharmacology and medications, parenting/surrogacy/reproductive medicine, and psychological/neuropsychological testing. My doctorate was at the Wright Institute in Berkeley CA with a two-year internship at Laguna Honda Hospital and a two-year post-doctoral fellowship in TBI at Mount Sinai School of Medicine. I completed postdoctoral training and a pharmacology degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University so that I can provide medication consultation to patients and doctors. While my physical office is in Ferndale NY and you are always welcome here, I am available for Telehealth sessions. I feel very fortunate to be able to work as a psychologist and I love what I do. Treatment is very much a collaboration and together we can work on meeting your goals.
