About

Every one of us are complex beings, influenced by our parents, the prevailing culture, our peers, and the social institutions we encounter. We are also carrying the weight of traumatic experiences both small and great. Integrative therapy with a relational focus helps the client develop and realize their true selves, devoid of unwanted influences. This therapy is a journey built on trust and mutual respect. In couples work, we learn how past family scripts effect the marriage. Often times, family members pass these family mantras to their children unknowingly, which results in their depression and anxiety.

I trained 8 years post-graduate with the West Hartford Integrative Psychotherapy Association, lead by Ms. Landy Gobes, LCSW. Our focus is to help integrate their ego and to help clients find their true self, while guiding them how to nurture healthy relationships. Victims of trauma can find comfort, support and growth with our therapy.

My practice in Waterbury has prevailed for 17-years. My clientele are diverse and I proudly boast as a NASW member that I will serve all peoples regardless of their religious beliefs, ethnicity, race, gender or sexual orientation. Additionally, my office hours are in the evening M-F, with late appointments available.
