As a 28 year-old therapist, who is also a school counselor, my experiences with my students led me to create Real Talk Therapy LLC. I understand firsthand the struggle with imposter syndrome, anxiety, life transitions, identity, trauma, or simply finding a purpose. I love working with others on building self-confidence, learning coping strategies, and achieving emotional resilience. My hope is to create real healing through real, genuine conversations! My grounded nature allows my clients to connect on a human level with me, which fosters trust and empathy.
