About

I am a therapist in southwest Austin who specializes in working with individuals (16+) and couples/intimate partnerships struggling with trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, emotional regulation and conflict in relationships. My clients value my honesty, warmth, humor, and occasional asides about my pets, books, or video games. I prioritize building a strong relationship with my clients and believe that therapy is a space that must accommodate both celebrations and setbacks. My clients are neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, and their loved ones who need tools to better understand and support each other in their relationship.

I utilize a blend of interpersonal neurobiology, narrative, and IFS approaches to help my clients understand their story and the ways they have power to change it. For couples, I integrate Gottman approaches and interventions. I embrace a systemic and non-pathologizing approach to therapy; I care more about providing support than dictating a diagnosis.

If you're a person who has experienced trauma or loss, is neurodivergent, queer, or questioning, and you often feel completely overwhelmed and dissatisfied with the quality of your life and relationships, I encourage you to reach out. I love my job and my clients, and I would be honored to support you in your journey to get the life you want for yourself.
