Fall 2024 - Accepting New Clients! At this moment, you may be struggling with feelings of uncertainty, pressure, or worry. Perhaps you’d rather avoid this moment altogether. Taking this step to seek support with whatever challenges you may be facing can feel daunting, but my hope is to alleviate some of those feelings as we embark on that journey together. My goal is to support you as a whole person and hold space for your lived experiences through unconditional acceptance and non-judgement, while creating a safe therapeutic environment where you feel heard and valued. My orientation integrates a person-centered, strength-based and trauma-informed care approach to honor your authentic self. YOU are the expert on your own self and lived experiences, some of which may have had a profound impact. My role is to support you in navigating that impact through providing an empathetic space and encouraging your individual growth. At this moment, the weight of your struggles might feel like too much to hold alone. Through forming a strong therapeutic relationship and unpacking that heaviness together, my ultimate hope is that we can begin to lessen that burden.
