About

There are times in life where we realize that having someone to help us navigate through the challenges may be necessary. Having a therapist you can trust help you process through big emotions, life changes, or mental health struggles may be what’s needed. A strong therapeutic relationship, where you are accepted and seen, creates a safe space to explore these issues. Together we can explore the hard feelings, resolve past and current wounds, improve communication with self and others, increase self-esteem, and develop stronger and more meaningful relationships.

I specialize in working with teens and young adults facing mental health disorders, school difficulties, and the challenges that may arise for a person that identifies as a part of the LGBTQIA+ community. I focus on building strong relationships to create trust and foster open communication. I also help families learn how to support their young people.

I look forward to getting to know who you are and your unique qualities. I will strive to help you be your best self and to reach the goals that you have set for yourself. I aspire to help you gain greater understanding of healthy coping mechanisms and communication styles. Please contact me to see how I can help.
