I believe that the most helpful therapeutic experiences and the most rewarding growth happens when there is a genuine connection between client and clinician. When working together you can expect that I will be empathetic, sincere, gentle and straightforward. I have an appreciation for the balance humor and levity can offer in a counseling session. My approach is trauma-informed and person-centered. I will offer psychoeducation and skills support without leaning heavily on clinical language. I have been practicing for 7 years, working primarily with adolescents and young adults. I have the most experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, stress management, working through life’s many transitions and searching for balance and perspective in an continuously challenging world. My goal is to empower you to tell your story at your own pace–hopefully, making you feel heard and valued. I aim to assist you in meeting your goals and build on the many strengths you already have. It can be hard to find the right fit when looking for a clinician–I offer a free, 15 minute call to see if we could be a good fit!
