My clients are contemplating change, and are interested in diving further into opportunities for growth, self-exploration and transformative experiences. Adjusting to new environments, working on communication within interpersonal relationships, and looking for self-growth. They are open to conversation, and looking for a deeper connection to those around them. I collaborate in an interactive partnership with my clients to develop the most effective goals for treatment and beyond. I’ve worked with people of varying ages and backgrounds, and have extensive experience treating depression, ADHD, anxiety and helping support life transitions, amongst others. I also specialize in working with Neurodiverse clients, and their families. I describe my style as warm, candid, and thoughtful. I use evidence-based interventions to guide treatment. My approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, believing individuals have the right to be respected and validated. I am curious, genuine, and compassionate. I look forward to learning more about you and your experience. Supporting you to find your way confidently to a more fulfilling life, and discovering how powerful you truly are!
