About

I am a therapist with over 16 years of professional experience in mental health, as well as decades of lived experience as a neurodivergent person. I support and empower clients who have a range of concerns including adjusting to life transitions, relationship challenges, exploring various aspects of identity (i.e., race, sexuality, gender), trauma, grief and loss, navigating the world as a neurodivergent person, and more. I build strong rapport with my clients, including those with negative past therapy experiences or are new to therapy. I use humor and creativity in therapy when it is useful for clients.

I specialize in helping clients work toward lasting, healing change by providing empowering and culturally-responsive therapy. My approach is warm, client-centered, and integrative, utilizing several therapy modalities which are tailored to each client I especially enjoy working with members of my BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and neurodivergent communities.

I invite you to reach out to me for a free consultation to meet and see if we would be a good fit. If I become your therapist, we will work together to determine your goals for therapy, and we will use strategies that will best meet your specific needs. With genuine empathy, respect, and flexibility, I will meet you where you are at in your healing journey.
