About

Do you feel stuck making the same relationship mistakes over and over again? Do you find yourself giving too much in friendships, just to become bitter or lonely? Does your mind feel like an exhausting, rolling inner monologue? How can you know why you do these things, but keep doing them? Have you tried therapy but were left wanting? I feel you. I work with anxious individuals who are looking to explore their sense of identity in a deeper approach to therapy. So much of what makes us, us, is unconscious and not accessed via verbal processing. View 3 Photos

The brain stores memory in two ways, explicit and implicit. Our brain in fight or flight works primarily in implicit memory, so much of our traumatic memory is not stored in verbal parts of our brain. I use expressive therapies like Sandtray and parts work to help us access and process parts of our identity that cannot be attended to verbally.

I know the exhaustion of the relationship mistakes and inner monologue. My primary goal is to build a safe relationship where you can explore your inner world and find freedom in yourself. Reach out for a free consultation! Therapy is hard work, but so worth it when you have the right partner to take the journey with. I hope I can be that partner for you.
