I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern with a deep passion for helping individuals navigate the complexities of life. I have a compassionate approach to supporting people struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, faith transitions, or feeling stuck during difficult moments. In therapy, I draw from attachment theory, but I firmly believe in an integrated, client-centered approach to ensure that every person feels truly seen and heard. I focus on helping my clients find a treatment modality that resonates with who they are. I have authored two books about the intersection of motherhood and mental health – a topic I am passionate about. I can relate to a lot of life transitions you may be navigating because of my own life experiences like raising a family, divorce, navigating a faith crisis, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and authenticity. I believe that individuals have the power within themselves to overcome life’s challenges, and my role is to help them unlock that power. I practice radical acceptance and hope to guide my clients toward embracing themselves with the same level of compassion and love. I love working with teens, adults, and couples of all ages and backgrounds.
