About

We all experience life in different ways. We all struggle with something mentally or physically. Some struggle with trauma, anxiety, depression, or challenges with having a neurodivergent brain. At times just having someone who is objective to talk with can help. I'm that person. Confidentially and Autonomy are two important words that mean a lot to me as a therapist.

As for therapy, I have an eclectic approach. I meet the client where they are and not make the client try to reach unrealistic goals. My hope is that as a therapist I help you to establish realistic therapeutic goals and provide the tools to help you reach those goals.

As a therapist, I see each person as a unique and special individual. I take a holistic approach to therapy utilizing mind, body, and spirit. I consider myself to be open minded and use a client centered approach. You have meaning, you matter, and I am here.
