About

I work with adults of any age willing to engage in therapy to heal, grow or simply feel better. I am able to work with a variety of people from different populations due to my non-judgmental stance and curiosity about other people. I am adept at working with individuals who experience multiple problems simultaneously due to my willingness to work with other providers and supportive group/individual services. I specialize in dealing with chronic/developmental trauma, managing psychological sequelae due to chronic medical conditions, and working with anxiety and depression with cultural curiosity and humility.

I try to encourage less suffering and more contentment in my client's lives. I tend to target emotions in the present moment and I focus on understanding each individual's unique character defenses to create spaces for change. I provide compassion, empathy and meet clients where they are at. Current openings in groups & short term therapy only.

I am a telehealth provider for people in CA, CO, NV, NYS, VA and FL. I work in a paperless office and provide each client with a private HIPAA compliant client portal. Use the "my website" button to the right of the screen to request an appointment. I do not provide free phone consultations and work in the first several sessions to determine goodness of fit.
